Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@luxus-house.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
